Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 sustainability roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement carbon reduction targets and waste elimination programs
- Conduct lifecycle assessments and ESG reporting to meet evolving regulatory standards
- Forge strategic partnerships with NGOs and government agencies for policy advocacy
- Drive innovation in circular supply chain design and renewable energy adoption
- Manage sustainability KPIs and present progress to executive stakeholders
- Lead employee engagement initiatives for sustainability culture transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with proven 2030-goal implementation
- Expertise in ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and carbon accounting tools
- Experience managing multi-million dollar sustainability budgets
- Certification in LEED, SAI Global, or equivalent sustainability credential
- Advanced data analytics skills with proficiency in sustainability software
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels
- Deep knowledge of emerging climate technologies and policy landscapes
