Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with personalized service
- Manage room reservations, modifications, and availability using PMS systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with prompt, solution-oriented approaches
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and communication
- Implement upselling strategies for premium services and accommodations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, RoomMaster, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of local Mesa attractions and activities
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
