Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails with a professional and friendly tone.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.

Qualifications
