Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modify bookings with accuracy using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly to address guest inquiries and requests.
- Handle cash transactions, credit card processing, and verify billing information.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues professionally to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; previous hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation software.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- A valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record.
