Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using property management systems
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams to ensure seamless operations
- Resolve guest complaints and inquiries with exceptional service standards
- Process room reservations and modifications through booking platforms
- Perform daily audits of front desk operations and shift reports
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Milwaukee attractions and local transportation
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Valid Wisconsin hospitality certification preferred
