Responsibilities
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries with professionalism
- Operate hotel systems including POS and communication tools
- Maintain pristine lobby and common areas for exceptional first impressions
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- No experience required – comprehensive training provided

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
