Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a polite and professional manner.
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless and well-maintained.
- Manage inventory and restock amenities as needed.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
- Handle guest complaints or requests with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure high standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Experience: Previous experience is not required. We provide on-the-job training.
