Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival to ensure a positive first impression.
- Front Desk Operations: Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries efficiently.
- Area Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Communication: Answer phone calls professionally and relay messages to appropriate staff members.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Experience: No previous hotel or hospitality experience is necessary; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Computer Literacy: Basic familiarity with computers and POS systems is a plus.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
