Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk, bell, and concierge operations during assigned shifts
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, and conflict resolution
- Handle complex guest complaints and service recovery scenarios
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and brand standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Train new staff on operational procedures and service excellence
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience required
- Proven shift management in 24/7 hospitality environments
- Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Delphi)
- Valid Arizona Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work flexible nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree a plus
