Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a seamless stay experience.
- Operations Support: Perform front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and managing reservations accurately.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate guest needs effectively to housekeeping and maintenance staff to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and property at all times.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, handle cash transactions, and update guest profiles in the property management system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and pay close attention to guest details.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays as required by the hotel schedule.
- Professionalism: High standard of grooming and professional conduct at all times.
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately.
