Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all transactions and data entry.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk and lobby area at all times.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage guest inquiries with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and special requests to ensure a memorable stay.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Handle cash, credit card, and check payments accurately and adhere to company financial policies.
- Assist in managing the hotel lobby, concierge services, and general hotel operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse guests and staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.
