What You Will Do
As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and comfortable during their stay. Your daily tasks will involve a mix of front-of-house assistance and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces to uphold our high standards.
- Assist with housekeeping duties, including making beds, restocking amenities, and vacuuming rooms as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and maintenance teams to address guest requests and ensure facility functionality.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and reconcile daily reports at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and POS software is an asset.
