Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, private residences, and common areas to a superior standard of hygiene.
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities (soap, towels) are fully stocked.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in designated areas.
- Follow strict safety protocols and chemical handling procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.
- Complete daily cleaning checklists and ensure 100% completion of assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
