Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize residential rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to a high standard of cleanliness.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors using industry-standard equipment.
- Change bed linens and make beds according to strict hotel-style standards.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners regularly throughout the day.
- Restock amenities (soap, toilet paper, towels) in guest and client bathrooms.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area and storage closet.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to speak and understand English fluently.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
