Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at all touchpoints including front desk, housekeeping, and food service areas
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming guest rooms and public spaces
- Operate reservation systems and check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand standards consistently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a positive attitude
- Assist with event setup and banquet services as needed
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – we welcome career changers and fresh graduates
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems and communication tools
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable to role)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
