Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping stations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently and resolve guest inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping team to ensure room readiness standards
- Operate hotel management systems and process payments accurately
- Uphold cleanliness and safety protocols across all public areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak weekend periods
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and solution-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Valid North Carolina hospitality or food handler certification
