Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across the property.
- Manage and mentor hotel staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L statements, budgeting, and cost control measures.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a memorable stay.
- Implement marketing strategies to drive occupancy and increase revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and MS Office suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
