Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during assigned shifts (morning, evening, or night)
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries efficiently
- Monitor hotel operations, including security and maintenance requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and food service teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and solution-oriented approaches
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and incidents
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for flexible shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license (if driving required)
