Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment efficiently and safely
- Stock and inventory cleaning supplies while minimizing waste
- Adhere strictly to sanitation protocols and brand standards
- Address guest requests promptly with exceptional service
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards immediately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Valid New York State Driver's License (if required for property access)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic English proficiency (bilingual a plus)
- Knowledge of green cleaning practices preferred
