Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Manage efficient check-in and check-out processes using the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and swift resolution.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and maintained to premium standards.
- Process payments, manage cash drawers, and maintain accurate daily shift reports.
- Provide local knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest's Philadelphia experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a hotel front desk role.
- Availability to work weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday), including evenings and holidays.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with hotel management software and basic computer literacy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-first mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
