Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby spaces.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Assist with special requests, such as restaurant reservations or local transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
