Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest journey
- Manage room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments, manage cash registers, and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with dining and event teams for weekend function support
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in public areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Michigan Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
