Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with warm professionalism
- Manage room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using hospitality best practices
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Monitor hotel security systems and implement safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including valet, concierge, and dining
- Execute deep cleaning procedures in public areas during low-traffic periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays reliably
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Flexibility to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred
