Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend front desk, concierge, and valet operations
- Lead 15+ hospitality staff during high-traffic weekend periods
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate complex issues with finesse
- Coordinate VIP arrivals and special event accommodations
- Monitor room inventory and optimize weekend occupancy rates
- Implement service recovery protocols for guest satisfaction
- Conduct weekend staff training and performance evaluations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hotel/hospitality management
- Proven weekend shift leadership experience
- Advanced knowledge of Opera/PMS systems
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Valid Missouri Food Handler certification
- Ability to work flexible weekends/holidays
- Experience with Kansas City tourism market preferred
