Responsibilities
- Manage weekend front desk operations with efficiency and professionalism
- Handle guest check-ins/checkouts and resolve service inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Upsell premium services and amenities to enhance guest experiences
- Address guest concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction scores
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols per brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience required
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera a plus)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of Atlanta tourism attractions preferred
- Valid food handler certification (if applicable to role)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
