Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.
- Manage reservations and update guest profiles accurately in the property management system.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in public areas, including the lobby, hallways, and restrooms.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly with a positive attitude.
- Assist in coordinating daily housekeeping tasks and security rounds during the weekend shift.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions with strict adherence to company policy.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure seamless operations during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting luggage or cleaning equipment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and property management systems.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
