Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during weekend check-ins/check-outs and throughout guest stays
- Manage room reservations and ensure accurate front desk operations
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Assist with event setup and guest functions as needed
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols consistently
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency in hotel management systems
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
