Responsibilities
- Provide personalized guest assistance with reservations, dining recommendations, and local attractions
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for weekend arrivals
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Coordinate transportation arrangements and VIP services
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Cleveland events, museums, and nightlife
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel or high-end hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Deep knowledge of Cleveland attractions and services
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid Ohio driver's license preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
