Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk, check-ins/check-outs, and concierge duties
- Manage room assignments and coordinate housekeeping services for weekend occupancy
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive atmosphere
- Operate reservation systems and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications
