Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during weekend shifts across front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage departments
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using our modern property management system
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas with strict attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain high hygiene standards
- Support inventory management and weekend event preparations
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required – we train motivated newcomers!
- Excellent communication skills and friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work weekends and holidays with flexible scheduling
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital systems
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

- Valid Nebraska work authorization and reliable transportation
