Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk operations during weekend shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and phone inquiries.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
- Oversee lobby cleanliness and common area maintenance standards.
- Assist with breakfast service coordination and food presentation.
- Perform cash handling and reconcile daily sales reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel front desk operations or customer service.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
