Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations during weekend shifts, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Supervise front desk staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback during busy periods.
- Process all transactions accurately, including reservations, payments, and room changes, while maintaining strict cash and credit control.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and public areas meet our luxury standards.
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to maximize revenue and guest enjoyment.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols, including fire drills and emergency procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Micros) and POS software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Valid driver's license and professional appearance.
