Responsibilities
- Manage weekend front desk operations and staff scheduling
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs with exceptional service
- Resolve guest inquiries and operational issues promptly
- Conduct daily staff briefings and performance coaching
- Monitor room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping
- Execute emergency procedures and security protocols
- Process payments and manage cash drawer reconciliation
- Collaborate with departments (F&B, Valet, Engineering) for seamless service
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk or supervisor experience
- Flexible availability (Friday-Sunday shifts, 3rd shift preferred)
- Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills
- Proficient in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Tennessee Food Handler certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Spanish language skills (strongly preferred)
