Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival and departure.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with a focus on problem-solving and satisfaction.
- Support hotel events and banquets by setting up dining areas and serving guests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Provide local recommendations and information to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
