Responsibilities

  • Guest Check-In/Out: Process reservations and check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
  • Front Desk Operations: Answer incoming calls, manage email inquiries, and direct guests to appropriate departments.
  • Housekeeping Coordination: Monitor room status, coordinate housekeeping activities to ensure rooms are ready for arrival.
  • Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Public Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
  • Security & Safety: Ensure the safety of guests and property by adhering to all hotel security protocols and fire regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or customer service role is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
  • Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
