Responsibilities
- Guest Check-In/Out: Process reservations and check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Front Desk Operations: Answer incoming calls, manage email inquiries, and direct guests to appropriate departments.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Monitor room status, coordinate housekeeping activities to ensure rooms are ready for arrival.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Public Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Security & Safety: Ensure the safety of guests and property by adhering to all hotel security protocols and fire regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or customer service role is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to perform tasks accurately and pay close attention to details.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and move freely throughout the hotel.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
