Responsibilities
- Greet and register guests in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a warm welcome.
- Manage check-out processes efficiently, including processing payments and handling inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby areas, and common spaces.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Assist in coordinating housekeeping duties and maintenance requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information regarding hotel services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred.

- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
