Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to exceed industry standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Adapt to last-minute room assignments and special guest requests
- Follow strict safety protocols and eco-friendly sustainability practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Document cleaning activities and maintain quality checklists
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in luxury/hotel environment
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays without exception
- Valid Texas driver's license (for supply runs if needed)
- Basic English communication skills
- Knowledge of OSHA sanitation standards
- Clean background check and drug screening required
