Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to resort standards
- Change linens, replenish amenities, and maintain inventory of supplies
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and safety protocols
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure timely room turnover
- Uphold strict confidentiality and privacy standards for guest areas
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong commitment to cleanliness and organization
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Basic communication skills in English (bilingual a plus)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to worksite
