Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards.
- Strip and make beds, ensuring linens are crisp and towels are fresh.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, soap, and coffee supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and storage areas.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
