Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage departments
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all guest areas
- Process check-ins/checkouts efficiently using PMS systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak shifts
- Adhere strictly to company SOPs and hygiene protocols
- Support inventory management and supply restocking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability for morning/afternoon/night shifts
- Valid Arizona Food Handler's Certificate (if F&B role)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer proficiency
- COVID-19 vaccination required
- Reliable transportation to downtown Phoenix
