Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend front desk operations including check-in/check-out processes
- Manage staff scheduling and assign daily tasks to weekend team members
- Handle escalated guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor room status and coordinate with housekeeping for optimal turnover
- Conduct daily shift briefings and maintain operational documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel management experience required
- Proven weekend shift availability (Fri-Sun)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Wisconsin Food Handler certification preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
