Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to brand standards
- Manage linen inventory and restock amenities with precision
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and follow-up tasks to management
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with room attendants and housekeeping supervisors
- Complete detailed room inspections before guest arrivals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid work authorization and clean background check
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
