Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout guest stays
- Manage room assignments, reservations, and billing inquiries with accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain financial transaction records
- Assist with luggage handling and guest transportation requests
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform daily shift duties including opening/closing procedures
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid Florida driver's license (for valet duties if applicable)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
