Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis

- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive technology impacts across industries
- Author white papers on ethical AI deployment and climate-positive innovation
- Manage a $10M innovation portfolio for emerging market opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight or technology innovation roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published research on technological singularity or climate resilience
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, weak signal analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 2025+ technology roadmaps
- Clearance for DoD/DOE innovation projects (preferred)
