Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership on 4IR technologies and societal impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, SWOT analysis, and scenario modeling
- Proven track record leading $10M+ R&D initiatives to commercialization
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
