Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop 2026-ready prototypes in quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to integrate future-ready solutions into existing ecosystems
- Present strategic innovation briefings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage a $2M+ annual innovation budget with agile resource allocation
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our QuantumLeap Fellowship program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in product innovation or R&D leadership at tech-forward companies
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 3+ year market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Strong portfolio of patented innovations or published research in top-tier journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
- Experience scaling startups to Series B+ or leading corporate innovation labs
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical, business, and academic domains
