Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces affecting 2026-2030 market dynamics
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable technologies
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-proof strategies into organizational DNA
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, economic, and technological uncertainties
- Champion experimental initiatives with potential to create new market categories
- Mentor talent in futures thinking methodologies and innovation processes
- Present compelling vision narratives to stakeholders, investors, and partners
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, climate tech, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex interdependencies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, journals, keynotes)
- MSc or PhD in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or relevant technical field
- Experience leading global, cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments
