Responsibilities
- Map 5-10 year technological and societal trends across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D initiatives
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-proofing into organizational DNA
- Author thought leadership positioning NextGen Labs as the 2026 innovation benchmark
- Monitor global disruptors and emerging paradigms through proprietary intelligence networks
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Proven track record mapping future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI evolution, neurotech, climate tech, or quantum computing
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation publications
