Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive market shifts and competitive threats
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies for global organizations
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership content
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation ecosystem
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in exponential technology trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Track record of delivering C-level strategic recommendations
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Palantir)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
