Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics), and socio-economic shifts to inform strategic vision
- Develop and communicate compelling future scenarios through whitepapers, executive briefings, and immersive workshops
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our Innovation Lab
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating foresight into product roadmaps and business strategy
- Author thought leadership content positioning FutureWorks as the future's architect
- Monitor and evaluate emerging threats/opportunities in real-time using predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, neurotech) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published author in futurism/innovation journals or major industry platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend analysis projects
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) or equivalent
